Chapter 15 - Wilhelmina’s first counterattack

Wilhelmina sued me personally.
Not just the trust.
Claims:
Breach of renovation agreement.
Promissory estoppel.
Unjust enrichment.
Defamation? She alleged my statements to board/staff damaged Cross Atelier.
I had said:
“She used my daughter to engineer a property scheme.”
Could that be defamatory before adjudication?
Potentially if false.
My lawyers advised:
Stop repeating outside privileged/legal settings.
I did.
Then cohabitation.
Wilhelmina claimed she had contributed approximately:
$540,000
in uncompensated personal labor, furnishings, and household expenses based on promises we would marry and share a permanent home.
Did she have a claim?
Some state-law contract/equity theories could allow reimbursement.
No automatic marital property because we were not married.
She produced texts from me:
This is your home too.
Build whatever you want here.
We’re making Greyhaven ours.
Emotionally normal.
Legally inconvenient.
Could those words give her Greyhaven?
No.
I did not own it.
Could they support reliance damages against me?
Maybe.
Then she claimed:
I concealed trust ownership.
False.
She had received property disclosures during renovation contract.
Her counsel’s email:
We understand Greyhaven is held by Amity Grey Residential Trust.
There.
She knew.
That email would later destroy her claim that she expected literal co-ownership.
Then she shifted:
She expected financial equivalent.
Again Appendix H.
May you like
Everything came back to the hidden appendix.
The case remained active.
